- Creating New Accounts.
To go to Account Settings, press Windows Key and R key together and call Run Box. In the Run Box that appears, type >netplwiz< and hit enter. From the User Account Tab that appears, click Add. In another Tab that appears, click "Sign in without Microsoft account (not recommended) and select "Local Account".
You must provide a user name in the "Add User" tab. If you don't want a password, leave it blank and click Next. Then give Finish. Then you have another new account on the computer. In this way, you can continue to create new accounts easily and quickly.
- Giving Account Permissions.
Regarding permissions in an account, there are two types of rights: Administrator and User. An account with Administrator Permission can fully control the computer. An account with only user permission can only control unimportant settings. The permission can be selected as appropriate for the person using it. To give permission to the created account, you must reopen the "User Account" tab.
Under the text "Users for this computer" you will see a new account already opened. Select and click Properties. In the new tab that appears, change from "General" to "Group membership" and click again. You will see two main options Standard User and Administrator. Give the permission you want to verify and click Apply and OK. A new account will be added if you log out of the computer. Select and log in. After a while, the new profile is set up, and it will be ready to use.
