Set the rectangle's fill color to red (#DC143C) by clicking the "Fill" option in the pane.
- Insert a star shape by going to the "Insert" tab, selecting "Shapes" from the toolbar, and choosing the star shape from the list. Click and drag on the document to draw a star.
- Format the star shape with the correct dimensions and colors. Right-click on the star and select "Format Shape" from the context menu. In the "Format Shape" pane, adjust the height and width of the star to fit within the red rectangle. Set the fill color of the star to yellow (#FFD700).
- Position the star inside the rectangle. Click and drag the star to move it inside the red rectangle, ensuring it is centered horizontally and vertically.
- Adjust the size and position of the star as needed until it looks proportional and aligns with the flag's design.
- Finally, if desired, you can add any text or additional elements, such as the country name or other details.
