  • Open the Excel spreadsheet that you are having trouble with.
  • Click on the "File" tab in the top left-hand corner of the Excel window.
  • Select "Options" from the left-hand menu.
  • Click "Advanced" in the left-hand menu in the Excel Options window.
  • Scroll until you see the "Display options for this workbook" section.
  • Make sure that the "Show sheet tabs" checkbox is selected.

  • Check the box that says "Show all windows in the Taskbar."
  • Click on "OK" to close the Excel Options window.
  • Right-click the Excel icon in the Taskbar and select "Restore" if the window is minimized.
  • Click on the "Page Layout" tab at the top of the Excel window.
  • Click on the "Print Titles" button in the Page Setup group.
  • Ensure that the "Rows to repeat at top" and "Columns to repeat at left" fields are blank.
  • Click on "OK" to close the Page Setup window.


  • Click on the "View" tab at the top of the Excel window.
  • Click on "Custom Views" in the Workbook Views group.
  • Click on "Add" to create a new custom view.
  • Enter a name for the view (e.g., "Print Preview") and make sure that the "Print settings" checkbox is selected.
  • Click on "OK" to save the custom view.
  • Click on "Close" to close the Custom Views window.
  • Click "Print Preview" in the Workbook Views group to preview your document.
